2. Would you like to encourage women postdocs and share tips for growing an academic career?
    Join an OWC Mentored Lunch!-

    Faculty Development Seminar: Networking Series

Each year the OWC hosts mentored lunches that bring together women faculty and postdocs to share a meal and a career conversation. This year, based on overwhelming popularity in the past years, we hope to host two mentored lunches, one on the Main Campus and one at CNY. This is a very short time commitment that can have a big impact on a young woman's career!

Each faculty mentor will be seated with 5-7 postdocs, and will lead a lunch conversation focused on sharing the story of your career path and tips, and answering questions from the postdocs. Because most postdocs are focused on research careers, we appreciate hearing from mentors who currently do research of any type (including those of you who combine research and patient care).

The lunches will take place on:

Monday, February 25, 2019  • 12:00 to 1:30 pm  • CNY
Monday, March 18, 2019  • 12:00 to 1:30 pm  • MGH Main Campus

If you would like to take part in one of the lunches as a mentor, please take this brief survey as soon as possible to let us know your availability.
