1. Responsible Mentorship in the Research Lab Apr 26-
    Responsible Conduct of Research Series

This interactive seminar will cover the responsibilities of mentors and mentees, and the characteristics of good mentoring relationships at all stages of a research career. More specifically, this seminar will discuss:
  • What are best practices for an effective mentor?
  • How do you make the transition from mentee to mentor?
  • Where can you find mentors for your mid-career advancement?

ANNOUNCEMENTS


1. Call for Presenters: MGH Research Institute Science Slam on Apr 19 -

Join the Massachusetts General Hospital Research Institute for a science slam, as part of the Cambridge Science Festival, and test your skills as a science communicator!

Presenters will be challenged to explain their research and its significance in five minutes or less to a general audience. Researchers of any discipline from institutions in the Boston-Cambridge area are invited to present! It is recommended that you sign up ahead of time, though walk-in participants will be welcome on a first-come first-served basis.
