MGPA Industry CV Writing Workshop

Sixty researchers interested in industry careers attended this program to get professional advice and guidance for structuring and formatting their CVs. Career coaches and industry recruiters from leading pharmaceutical and biomedical organizations reviewed the participantsí CVs and provided direct advice on tailoring them for success in the industry job market.


How To Write Winning NIH Grants

MGPA Academic CV Writing Seminar

The Office for Research Career Development with the Mass General Postdoc Association ran this program with a diverse panel of experts. This diverse panel included search committee heads. There was also recent hires who shared their tips on how to write an outstanding CV. Attendees learned the dos and don'ts of CV writing and tips on how to get their CV to the top of the pile!

Tips for A Powerful Research Poster

Attendees discovered the pain-free way to construct a poster for their next conference presentation. They were able to maximize their message with images, illustrations, and text by using Powerpoint and Photoshop to create posters. The attendees received poster templates and learned techniques for creating a trouble-free poster.
