Melissa Brodrick demonstrated how and when to use the conflict-handling styles effectively and coached participants to initiate productive dialogue to deal with conflict situations.

"Welcome to Boston" also covered news sources and websites useful to gain information about specific research areas and/or industry trends related to different areas of the life sciences sector.
