Business of Life Workshop

Are you so busy you can't seem to get it all done? Are you worried about balancing your family, social and community time with your clinical, research or teaching responsibilities? Are you trying to figure out what is important at this point in your life or career?

In this highly experimental workshop, you will learn how to apply the principles of strategic planning to achieve your personal and professional goals while deriving greater fulfillment from your life.

    •Create a personal mission statement
    •Write a vision of your ideal life
    •Set goals and priorities
    •Align your actions to achieve your goals
    •Develop plans to fulfill your vision and create balance in your life

MGH New Faculty Orientation

An opportunity for new faculty who joined MGH from October 2017 to October 2018 to hear from senior faculty leaders and familiarize yourself with key information to enhance your MGH experience.

A three-hour session designed to provide an overview of the MGH environment and faculty resources focusing on:
    •  MGH and MGPO Overview
    •  Research Environment (e.g. Research Management, Executive Committee
         on Research & Research Council)

    •  Teaching and Education Environment Overview
    •  Introduction to HMS and the promotion process
    •  Center for Faculty Development Overview and more!
