1. Mentee-Mentor Matching Program-
Sponsored by Harvard Catalyst
The Mentee-Mentor Matching Program is a one-year program that matches junior investigators with senior faculty who serve as developmental mentors for the duration of the program. Each mentee will be placed in a small group with approximately two other peer participants and one senior faculty mentor. To maintain focus on development and growth, the match of mentees to mentors will not be based on scientific alignment.
